MSgt Nik Asmussen is a true veteran on the team with a wealth of knowledge across recruiting and retention. 

Born and raised in Great Falls, MSgt Asmussen joined the Montana Air National Guard in 2010, upon which he worked for seven years in Public Affairs as a broadcast journalist. In 2017, MSgt Asmussen transitioned to recruiting, where he has held multiple positions on the team and in management, including: production recruiter, Flight Chief, and Retention Manager. 

In his free time MSgt Asmussen enjoys spending time with his family, working with local youth programs and his church, and is an active member with the Great Falls Theater Company.
